Inquiry Report
The inquiry report, Review of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, was released in two volumes on 14 July 2004. Volume 1 contains the executive summary and chapters, and volume 2 contains the appendices. The report contains the findings of the Productivity Commission's public inquiry. Issued with the report was a press release from the Treasurer, Productivity Commission Report on the Review of The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (external link).
Released with the inquiry report are two sets of advice provided on request by the Australian Government Solicitor.
