The Blueprint Family Support Project provides information, support and advocacy to families who are caring for a child with complex disabilities and fragile health conditions in their family home. The project is based in Leura NSW but its services cover the Nepean area (Hawkesbury, Penrith, Blue Mountains).

The NSW Government, through a grant from the Area Assistance Scheme supports this project.

On the website parents can find out about services and advocacy, obtain helpful information about self care, planning and connecting with other parents, and keep up with the latest news.

Brothers and sisters of children with complex disabilities may find resources that provide helpful information, and support by connecting with other siblings of children with disabilities.
