The Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria (ARCVic) is a state-wide, specialist mental health organisation that provides support, recovery and educational services to people and families living with anxiety disorders. Education, training and consultation services are provided to professionals and agencies to promote wider availability of services for people with anxiety disorders.

Developed by medical experts, this is a self-management system for people with depression and anxiety.

Two thirds of people with anxiety and depression go without proper treatment, even in rich countries like the US, the UK or Australia. This website, backed by the University of New South Wales, St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney and the World Health Organization Collaborating Center at the hospital, aims to remedy this. It offers information so that some people can help themselves, it offer comprehensive information so that doctors can know the right treatment, and it offers information on the latest in our research.

Anxiety Network Australia is an Australian wide service providing information, education, support to Austrailians whose lives are affected by anxiety, their carers, relatives and other health professionals. Anxiety Network Australia was founded and established by Sue Cleland a professional Social Worker who lived with severe Social Anxiety Disorder for twenty years before recovery. Sue Cleland recognised a need in Australia for more relevant and easy accessible information that would assist other Australians on their own path to recovery. Anxiety Network Australia provides local information on support groups and community organsiations that can assist sufferers of anxiety, information on the causes of anxiety, where to find practitioners in their local area, treatments and therapies beneficial to overcome anxiety, resources, links to other helpful sites, personal stories of recovery, poetry and words of inspiration and much more. Anxiety Network Australia is free to all Australians and accessible every day of the year in the privacy of their own home.

Panic, Anxiety and Depression Assistance

The Shyness & Social Anxiety Service of Australia was established by Sue Cleland after she herself recovered from the condition in 1999. Sue lived with Social Anxiety Disorder for twenty years before receiving treatment and has now fully recovered. During her recovery, Sue recognised a need in Australia for more specific information, guidance, understanding, treatment and support for people who are living with this extremely common, yet debilitating condition. It is for these reasons that Sue established her private practice the Shyness & Social Anxiety Service of Australia.

The TRANX website provides information for people taking benzodiazepines (tranquillisers and sleeping pills), and people who have become dependent on benzodiazepines. The site aims to provide information to support people in understanding their withdrawal from benzodiazepines and to assist their recovery from dependency. Information and resources on the site aim to prevent benzodiazepine dependency by providing strategies for sleep and anxiety management and guidelines for the safe use of tranquillisers.

GROW meetings are run by the members themselves, according to a well structured and successful format. During the meeting, members can share their problems, learn how to rebuild their lives and report on their progress.
